History

eBoost was created by a professional team that is passionate about eSports and the long term growth of the gaming industry as a whole. We wanted to build a platform that took the stress out of eSports and allow members from all walks of life to have a single currency to use in eSports. This would allow gaming to be seamless, fun, and integrate accountability via blockchain in eSports. We succeeded! Our team cultivated a platform that is used by over 50,000 users and EBST tokens trade daily on major exchanges; however our team never rests on its past. We believe in Kaizen, a japanese term for continual improvement and a better future through hard work and listening to the users needs.

TODAY: Mobile game developers and publishers would need to run an eBoost full node or integrate an electrum client, to add in-game currency, in their games. ############### FUTURE: We are developing a Unity plugin that will have a published API to allow Mobile game developers to easily add in-game currency. This will be 10x easier than running a node.

Codename Lazarus: October 2021

TODAY: An Trade Central Wallet integration that allows users to send EBST to each other and trade. ############## FUTURE: We will be building upon that current capability and adding the ability to secure the digital asset and facilitate the trade once payment is made. Additional metric gathering will be added to monitor the performance of the application. It will be the first of its kind for a Discord digital asset inventory control system.

Gamer Reward System: June 2021

TODAY: eBoost is integrating Steam, Epic, Origin and Uplay into a reward system. ############# FUTURE: Gamers will be able to earn cryptocurrency with their accomplishments in games. We will add supported games periodically. To claim rewards, gamers will watch a brief video ad which will generate ad revenue for eBoost and give the gamer cryptocurrency in return.

LAN Center Portal: July 2021

Create an eBoost LAN Center Portal for member management and coin acquisition and redemption.

LAN Center Integration: February 2022

Integrating EBST into LAN center as in-store currency for gamer rewards and purchases. Future: Develop a chain of LAN Center partnerships.

Q4 2021

Co-development begins with chosen mobile game developer to integrate the coin as an in-game currency. eBoost website will be the main portal for all eSports news, merch, scores, updates & tournament prizes. eBoost first mobile game reaches 10,000 downloads across Android and iOS devices.
